We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon! If you thrive in a fast-paced, beauty focused environment and love making people feel special, this is the place for you! You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
Sell memberships and retail
Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
PAY
Hourly base + commission + bonuses
Typical earnings: $13–$16/hr
Top performers can earn more!
REQUIRED SKILLS
Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.

Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands‑on education to further your professional careers.
