Inbound Call Center Representatives
for an onsite Tulsa opportunity in a structured, fast-paced call center environment.
Tulsa, OK – Onsite 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (One weekend day required) $17/hr
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
Assist with account updates, billing questions, and service support
Provide basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
Document calls and maintain accurate records
Work toward one-call resolution
What We’re Looking For
Customer service experience (call center preferred)
Comfortable on the phone and managing multiple systems
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate several applications
Typing at least 30 WPM
Reliable attendance
