Shift:

8:00 am – 3:00 pm or 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday–Saturday (8:15 am on Mondays)

Potential to work late as 7:45 pm with a later start time

Some Saturdays required

Unpaid lunch break of 30–60 minutes

28 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of customer service, assisting guests over the phone and in person as needed.

Handle difficult problems or situations professionally and graciously.

Use computer systems such as Showtix, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Talkdesk.

Communicate clearly and efficiently with leadership and the broader team at both locations.

Complete daily tasks related to guest reservations promptly.

Demonstrate and support the culture of Sight & Sound in all interactions.

Keep informed about sales and business policies decided by leadership.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites

Solid typing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and rational under pressure in a fast‑paced environment

Willingness, desire, and ability to learn and serve

Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability in partnership with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Less than 2 years of Customer Service experience
