As a Project Sales Engineer, you collaborate with the Project Sales Manager to define and sell the best possible solution for our potential customers. You are the bridge between sales and our operations team. Together with the Project Sales Manager, you: Analyze the customer’s business process, needs and requirements. Evaluate the technical scope and broader business case behind each enquiry. Define and configure the most suitable solution, ensuring it meets performance expectations, industry standards, applicable regulations and translate this into a high‑quality technical and commercial offer. Present the technical proposal to the customer with clear and convincing arguments and participate actively in site visits, technical clarifications, reference visits, sales meetings, and negotiations. Consult and coordinate with specialized suppliers and subcontractors to integrate the right components and services, Ensure smooth internal alignment by consulting with solution engineering, technology, project – and design teams and lead the technical handover to the project execution team after customer acceptance. About you

We imagine our ideal candidate would: Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and bring 3-5 years of experience within a technical or project‑driven sales environment. Combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a genuine interest in engineering projects and customer‑focused work. Have an eye for detail and a proactive, pragmatic mindset that makes you a trusted partner for both sales and operations. Communicate clearly and persuasively, keeping things to the point. Be fluent in English, Spanish/Catalan are an asset. Be willing to build strong technical knowledge of VYNCKE solutions. About our offer
