Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience .
Job Summary:
We are seeking a
Cybersecurity Method Developer
to drive the development and implementation of cybersecurity methods across a complex technical environment. You will work cross-functionally with testers, developers, and tool teams to define, document, and harmonize methods that align engineering, quality, and compliance. This role requires a strong technical background, deep understanding of automotive cybersecurity standards, and the ability to coach and train teams for successful adoption.
Required Experience/Competences:
7+ years
of experience in
Software development
background, preferably in
embedded systems or a technical field.
Strong knowledge of
ISO/SAE 21434, UN-ECE R155
,
Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA), and cybersecurity concept development.
Understanding of
risk-based management
systems including
ISO 27001 (ISMS)
and
ISO 9001 (QMS).
Familiarity with
UN-ECE R156 (SUMS), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety),
and
supplier cybersecurity interfaces (e.g., CS-DIA).
Experience supporting type approval activities and
participating
in audits or
certification assessments.
Experience with
supplier cybersecurity interfaces
and
type approval processes.
Knowledge of functional safety standards and their intersection with cybersecurity.
Soft Skills:
Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how different parts of the organization interact.
Structured mindset with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
Collaborative approach with genuine interest in understanding stakeholder needs.
