The Role This is a client-facing position at the intersection of finance, communications, and capital markets execution. The Investor Relations Specialist supports day-to-day program delivery for a portfolio of public companies, helping shape valuation narratives, expand visibility with the buy side and sell side, and coordinate market-moving touchpoints around catalysts, earnings, and events. The role is onsite only at RedChip’s headquarters in Maitland, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding, meeting cadence, and deliverables; maintain clear timelines and accountability across stakeholders.
Qualify and cultivate stockbrokers, accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, hedge funds, and sell-side analysts; convert interest into sustained engagement.
Coordinate investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, webinars, conference appearances, and post-event follow-ups; ensure messaging consistency.
Prepare and refine investor materials: fact sheets, briefing documents, investor decks, talking points, and meeting recaps.
Use CRM and market-intelligence tools to build outreach lists, track funnel health, and generate insights that improve results.
Partner with media and research teams to align investor messaging across television, digital, and social channels.
Manage client expectations with precision; identify risks early and keep programs on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
Experience in client-facing sales, business development, investor relations, or capital markets; phone-based outreach experience is valuable.
Strong business communication skills (written and verbal) and executive presence; ability to translate complex concepts into clear, investor-oriented takeaways.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is preferred.
Knowledge of equity markets and how catalysts influence investor perception is strongly preferred.
Preferred Background (Not Required)
Exposure to SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), earnings cycles, and disclosure best practices.
Experience with financial modeling, peer comps, or investor target mapping.
Collaboration with media or marketing teams around earnings calendars and IR content.

Stand up and maintain clean CRM workflows, accurate lists, and measurable outreach funnels.
