About Our Client We are representing a privately held, vertically integrated investment manager. This client is recognized for its execution-driven culture, efficient operational model, and strong strategic focus within high-growth national markets.
Responsibilities
Support regional multifamily portfolio business plan execution (1k units).
Primary coordinator with property management and local vendors.
Conduct site walks/inspections, document findings, and follow up.
Mentor and foster a strong relationship with teams.
Qualifications
4+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management. Preferably lease-ups.
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
Hands‑on, self‑directed, accountable professional with strong follow‑through.
Benefits
Base salary up to ~$130k - $160k+, plus bonus, based on experience.
