Key Responsibilities Leadership & Business Development
Leadregional growth initiatives within the higher education market
Identify,pursue, and win new architectural projects
Strengthenlong-term client relationships and industry partnerships
Collaboratewith senior leadership to expand market presence across the Mid-Atlanticand Southeast regions
Representthe firm with community stakeholders, campus leaders, and industryorganizations
Overseehigher education projects valued between
$10M–$50M
from conceptthrough completion
Ensuredesign excellence, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Guidearchitectural design, graphic modeling, and technical documentationefforts
Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
Maintainproject schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Lead,mentor, and develop architectural teams (5–15 professionals)
