Role Summary Cyclotron isseeking a Dynamics 365Senior Architect to lead solution design, client engagement, and delivery for Dynamics 365 implementations. This rolewillserve both Cyclotron clients and internal teams,requiring both deep functionalexpertiseand the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery
Lead functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service
Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Dynamics 365 solutions
General knowledge of the Power Platform,including:Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio
Define system architecture, business processes, and configuration standards
Partner closely with Developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional design
Client Engagement & Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-level and senior stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs
Present solution designs, tradeoffs, and recommendations to executive audiences
Manage expectations, risks, and scope throughout the project lifecycle
Training, Adoption & Enablement
Develop and deliver training for users with varying technical backgrounds
Support change management and user adoption strategies
Create documentation, playbooks, and operational guides
Internal & Firm Contributions
Delivernew features and enhancements to Cyclotron’sinternal Dynamics365Apps
Mentor juniorresourcesand contribute to delivery standards
Assistwith pre-sales activities, estimates, and solution scoping when needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Dynamics 365 consulting experience
Deep functionalexpertiseinDynamics 365Sales Enterprise, Project Operations, and Customer Service
Proven experiencedrivingDynamics 365 implementations end-to-end, playing arole in:
Discovery:Requirements Gathering, Client-facing Workshops
Design:Functional RequirementsDocumentation,BacklogBuilding
Delivery:Dynamics 365Customization&Configuration
Refinement:Quality Assurance,UserAcceptance Testing, End User Training
Launch:Solution Deployment,DataMigration,User Setup,Day1Support
Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and project delivery,including industrystandards and best practices
Experience working directly with executive leadership teams
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Additional Microsoft or solution architecture certifications a plus
Soft Skills & Working Style
Confident, polished communicator comfortable with executive audiences
Strong facilitation, presentation, and client-relationship skills
Able to balance hands-on configuration with strategic guidance
Thrives in a consulting environment with multiple concurrent engagements
