Full-time, year-round
Work Environment:
In-office
(this is not a remote position)
Pay:
$18–$19 per hour (based on experience and availability)
Schedule Options:
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems

Qualifications What You Need:
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to manage multiple calls with professionalism and accuracy
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation
Must pass background check and drug screening
Must work on-site daily (not a remote role)
