The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and experienced in OneSite. Strong leadership, collections expertise, and the ability to drive occupancy and performance are essential. Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy Manage rent collections and reduce delinquency Supervise onsite staff and vendors Maintain strong resident relations Ensure curb appeal and property standards Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting in OneSite Enforce lease terms and Fair Housing compliance Qualifications
5+ years of multi-family property management experience Experience with B/C class communities preferred Proficient in OneSite software Strong collections and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Organized, accountable, and results-driven Compensation
