POSITION SUMMARY As our

Property Manager , you’ll be the trusted connection between homeowners, residents, and vendors, ensuring every property is cared for and every client feels supported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work.

You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day management of both long‑term and mid‑term (fully furnished) rental properties, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure each home reflects the high standards of PMI Tree City. You’ll work closely with the owner and operations team to create great experiences for residents and long‑term success for property owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and residents

Oversee the daily management of assigned properties (long‑term and mid‑term rentals)

Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and property inspections

Ensure homes are well‑maintained, safe, and guest‑ready

Handle leasing processes, including showings, applications, move‑ins, and move‑outs

Maintain accurate records and prepare owner updates and reports

Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties

Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations across all properties

Respond to after‑hours or on‑call needs as required

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service, but we will train you on our systems and processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized and dependable, with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Rentvine, ZInspector, and Tenant Turner is helpful

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Availability to work as needed between 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and handle on‑call requests

PREFERRED

Experience with property management software, Rentvine, ZInspector, and Tenant Turner

Knowledge of Idaho landlord‑tenant laws and rental regulations

Background in maintenance coordination or vendor management

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly Pay Range : $16 - $20 based on previous experience

Bonus:

Bonus for executing leases and PMAs determined based on the size of contracts

Schedule:

Availability to work as needed between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and handle on‑call requests
