Role Overview The Influencer Coordinator is a key part of assisting the execution and scaling the influencer marketing program through strong organization, clear communication, and operational excellence. This role manages day-to-day influencer communications, oversees campaign execution from start to finish, and supports program growth through recruitment, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Management & Communication
Respond to influencer emails and messages.
Maintain professional, brand-aligned communication at all times.
Clearly communicate campaign expectations, deliverables, timelines, and sale details.
Monitor influencer content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and contractual compliance.
Send timely reminders and proactively communicate any delays or updates.
Campaign Execution
Manage end-to-end execution of influencer partnerships.
Draft and secure signed contracts prior to content going live.
Coordinate product selects assuring variety and support where needed.
Oversee major launches, including selects, PR shipments, and day-of coordination.
Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager on budgets, negotiations, and approvals.
Product & Inventory Coordination
Partner with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Send product selects and manage tracking documents.
Maintain and update product tracking and high-inventory tracking documents weekly.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Update monthly influencer tracking reports (codes, order data, net sales, LTK revenue).
Monitor weekly performance metrics (LTK, Awin, GA4) and identify optimization opportunities.
Track monthly revenue goals and support strategy adjustments as needed.
Manage invoice submission and approval processes.
Recruitment & Program Growth
Recruit new gifting and paid influencers each month.
Research competitor strategies and contribute new ideas to improve program performance.
Support outreach initiatives, pitch deck updates, campaign briefs, and gifting enhancements.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, PR, or social media.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
Comfortable analyzing performance data and identifying actionable insights.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, social, and operations teams.
