Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Assist customers with billing and account activity
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Preform accounts receivable functions and posting payments
Complete daily tasks such as invoicing, notice of cancellations, cancellations, and reinstatements
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in English; Spanish is a huge plus but not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience
Knowledge of client services, customer support, and cash handling procedures
Familiarity with analyzing customer data to improve service quality is a plus
