Summary As a
Sr. UI/UX Developer
at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position.
Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist project the manager in assigning tasks and work closely with a team
Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members
What we're looking for 6+ years of applications, UI/UX and web development, and programming with the following technologies:
Technical Primary Skills (required)
UX/UI Design & Development: Responsive Design, Component-Based Development
API & Data Management: SOAP API Integration, Data Modeling
Automation & State Management: Workflow Automation, State Management, No-Code Automation
Accessibility & Usability: WCAG Compliance
Development Methodologies: Waterfall
Visual Development: Visual Scripting, Drag-and-Drop UI Configuration.
Secondary Skills (optional)
Cloud Computing & DevOps: Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD Pipelines, Scalability, Security Best Practices – Azure DevOps
Healthcare Systems (TPL, Third Party Liability)
What you should expect in this role
Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
Must be available to work during 8am-5pm central time zone
Some oncall will be required
Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
