Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Louisville, KY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with insurance policies, claims, and billing, as well as providing timely and accurate information. The individual will be expected to maintain positive relationships with clients, collaborate with team members, and adhere to company policies and guidelines to uphold the organization’s commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer needs effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain positive client relationships
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or insurance are a plus
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory
