Records Management Specialist (TS Clearance Required)

Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is pursuing an exciting new federal contract opportunity and is seeking qualified Records Management Specialists interested in joining our team should we be selected. This role supports a comprehensive Records and Information Management (RIM) program and requires strong attention to detail, solid working knowledge of RIM best practices, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Location:

Onsite in Washington, D.C.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

o Support all areas of the Records and Information Management program as outlined in the Statement of Work.

o Apply working knowledge of RIM best practices to contribute effectively to assigned tasks.

o Perform records-related activities including organization, maintenance, retrieval, and lifecycle support.

o Work independently to complete assignments with minimal need for remedial training or correction.

o Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective written communication, and solid organizational skills.

o Use standard office equipment, computers, and software systems confidently and accurately.

o Apply prior experience with federal records processes and requirements (preferred).

Required Qualifications

o

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance ; ability to successfully complete a

Tier 5 (T5)

investigation.

o Minimum

2 years of relevant Records and Information Management experience .

o High school diploma required; additional education in information management or business disciplines is a plus.

o Familiarity with federal records management policies and procedures preferred.

o Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and compliance.

o Must meet and maintain the government's

Security Requirements

for Contracts that Require Access to Classified Information.
