The Senior Analyst, Sales & Marketing Analytics, is a key member of the team providing analytical support to commercial functions (Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Sales Leadership, Data, Analytics & Insights) of a growing commercial organization. This position will be an integral cross‑functional partner with a focus on HCP and patient analytics and data infrastructure, responsible for developing standardized data processing and analytical solutions that support the development and execution of strategics and tactics. This role will report to Associate Director, Sales & Marketing Analytics. This position will work a weekly hybrid office schedule in our Waltham location. Responsibilities
Responsibilities : Design and implement analyses that provide insights on brand performance and help track key marketing initiatives Work within the organization to scope and manage projects from beginning to end, including understanding the business questions, project planning, and creating structured deliverables Automate and streamline recurring data‑related processes Create and maintain data visualization and dashboards Add depth to insights by developing a thorough understanding of all key brand commercial dynamics, including disease state, market landscape, product attributes, promotional channels, key treatment providers and payers Ensure accuracy of analytics and reporting through implementing quality control processes Qualifications
Basic Qualifications/Required Skills : Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, science or quantitative disciplines such as mathematics or statistics required. Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Analytics with Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in Analytics with Master's degree. Experience working with large datasets and relational databases required; Able to clean, process, and analyze large datasets efficiently. Proficiency in SQL and R/Python for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation. Proficiency in Microsoft office suites Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with commercial data in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony Health, Specialty Pharmacies, Managed Care etc.). Exposure to advanced analytics (predictive modeling, marketing mix, machine learning) Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, including ability to synthesize information and make recommendations to key stakeholders Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent initiatives in a fast‑paced environment Focus on process improvement and the development of sustainable processes, business rules and solutions Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in our Waltham office 3 days a week/hybrid schedule The annual base salary for this position ranges from $103,000 to $118,000. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual performance pay bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, training, knowledge, and experience.
