This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a strong preference for experience in programmatic advertising via Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and technical proficiency to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives. # ****R********esponsibilities***** Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels to meet business goals.* Oversee day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization to ensure optimal performance and budget utilization.* Analyze campaign data to extract insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution, messaging, and reporting.* Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.# **Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications* Minimum of 5 years in digital advertising, with a focus on paid search and paid social campaigns.* Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. Understanding of SEO principles and their interplay with paid media.* Hands-on experience with DSPs such as Viant, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.* Strong ability to interpret data, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads.* Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker* Understanding of privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on digital advertising.* Experience in the healthcare/life sciences vertical (or any sensitive category vertical).* Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000 -$168,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
