We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative. You will help drive continued success by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted adviser to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits.
Focus on the quality of each call and multitask. These are complex calls.
Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid.
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.
Handle sensitive information.
