Provide administrative and marketing support to commercial real estate advisors
Manage property listings on platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, and Buildout
Coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
Track key performance metrics and maintain company databases
Assist with office operations, event coordination, and recruiting efforts
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or marketing role preferred; recent graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
