Principal
Global Mobility Representative , you will be an integral part of our Global Mobility team, collaborating with Program Managers to support field service personnel on long‑term assignments both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS).
In this dynamic role, you will ensure compliance with government Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and differential pay elements aligned with State Department and Department of Defense guidelines. Your expertise will help drive seamless operations for employees navigating complex assignments worldwide.
Responsibilities
Dr aftingField Assignment Instructionsauthorizing per diem and differential payments for employees on long‑term field assignments.
Researching and verifyingcountry‑specific entry/exit requirements to ensure employee compliance.
Creating and delivering detailed, actionable reports using platforms such as ARMS, Noetix, and other company reporting tools.
Overseeing the distribution and delivery of corporate credit cards for Field Service Personnel.
Booking and ticketing travel efficiently using Sabre GDSto meet assignment needs.
Performing additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team's operations.
Attention to detail:
You are meticulous in reviewing Field Assignment Authorization (FAI), regulations, compliance standards, and logistics details.
Customer service orientation:
You thrive on helping internal stakeholders and field personnel navigate complex travel requirements effortlessly.
Adaptability:
You excel in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities.
Problem‑solving skills:
You are resourceful and proactive, researching travel logistics, and addressing challenges with creative solutions.
Education & Experience
A high school diploma is required
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in global mobility, travel management, operations, or a related field.
Proficiency in essential office tools, especially MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
A certificate or diploma from a recognized Travel School is preferred.
Familiarity with Sabre Redis an advantage.
