Responsibilities

Build and execute marketing campaigns tied to revenue goals, promotions, and product launches. Manage performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Own email and lifecycle campaign execution using Klaviyo (or equivalent), including promotional campaigns and automated flows. Lead promotional calendar planning and campaign coordination across D2C, B2B, and Education business segments. Define conversion strategy and campaign requirements; partner with internal web resources to implement landing page and onsite promotional updates. Monitor performance weekly, identify gaps, and optimize campaigns through structured testing and iteration. Deliver consistent reporting on key KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, CAC/CPA, traffic performance, and campaign revenue contribution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal teams to align marketing execution with revenue priorities. Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce marketing, or growth marketing. Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with ecommerce and analytics platforms including Shopify, GA4, Power BI (preferred), and Business Central. Experience managing email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or similar platforms. Strong understanding of funnel performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and retention. Hands‑on experience creating and adapting marketing assets in Canva to support paid campaigns, email marketing, and ecommerce initiatives. Demonstrated ability to avoid one‑size‑fits‑all marketing approaches by identifying fresh angles, untapped audiences, and unconventional growth opportunities, while challenging assumptions and executing strategies backed by clear hypotheses and measurable goals. Strong project management skills and ability to execute independently. Preferred

Experience supporting both D2C and B2B marketing environments. Familiarity with wholesale/distributor marketing or education/institutional sales cycles. Experience with structured creative testing and optimization frameworks.
