Now Hiring: Sales Lead Coordinator – HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Northern One Hour Heating, Northern Ben Franklin & Northern Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated residential heating, cooling, plumbing & Electrical business servicing the Twin Cities Metro area since 1990. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Plumbing Coordinator to help schedule and set up plumbing sales, service, and installation calls. About the Role As our Sales Lead Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our sales team. You’ll manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and online inquiries

Communicate with field staff on availability

Qualify leads and schedule sales appointmentsCoordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams

Track leads and update CRM system

Maintain excellent customer communication

Set up sold jobs from start too finish

Pull permits

Create Po's for Vendor purchases

Assist in financing options

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred)

Strong communication and phone skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Service Titan Experience a plus

Self-motivated and team-oriented
