What you’ll do
Provide a range of communications support, including internal communications and media relations, to assigned business unit/operating company.
Monitor operating company social media conversations, including those on Facebook and Twitter, and coordinate engagement/response to those conversations with members of the Communications team.
Gather media data, including social media posts, news postings, and industry articles, to provide operating company leadership and employees feedback on customer and industry conversations and issues.
Provide support to corporate branding through familiarity and support of corporate identity standards in printed and electronic communications.
What we’re looking for Education requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, advertising, communications, public relations, or related degree.

Strong written and oral communications and relationship-building skills
Strong writing and editing skills, creative design skills, and social media competency, as well as presenting their work to others. 3. Ability to work independently and part of a team, quickly and creatively under tight deadlines.
Ability to contribute to work and projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
Experience in digital communications, including social media engagement, preferred.
Internship experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing preferred.
Ability to collaborate and manage small projects successfully with attention to time, budget, and resources.

Compensation Range: $54,063.00 - $79,369.00
The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
