
Distributed Solutions, Inc. (DSI) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer professional with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to join our growing organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze work procedures, workflows, and reports to identify training needs
Design and deliver training sessions on company‑specific software applications
Develop and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other training materials
Create web‑based training (WBT) modules, video tutorials, and SOP scripts using Adobe Captivate
Ensure training programs adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs based on feedback and client needs
Stay current with industry trends through workshops, courses, and publications
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful training execution
Research and recommend systems and tools to optimize training processes
Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources and track employee progress
Conduct training through various formats, including webinars, one‑on‑one sessions, and video conferences
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve training goals and support ongoing development efforts
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer education or a similar field
3 to 5 years of related experience
Proven record of people skills
Understanding of operational programs
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Leadership skills are a plus
Must have Active TS/SCI with Polygraph ONLY; all others need not apply
