Position: Customer Service Representative

Start Date: Monday April 20, 2026

Duration: Long term but can be extended or shortened based on business needs and performance.

Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm EST

Shift schedule: Daily hours and shifts may vary, with a rotational requirement for after-hours coverage. We are unable to accommodate schedule change requests. Shifts are assigned based on client needs.

Overview The Customer Services Representative will leverage call center experience serving as Tier 1 Agent to deliver excellent customer service through incoming and outgoing phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers, process applications, and resolve customer disputes with a positive outcome. The right candidate will enjoy assisting customers with first call resolution, de‑escalating caller situations, adapting quickly to change, and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while providing outstanding customer service

Conduct outreach phone calls and emails to support customer needs

Research and review customer inquiries using multiple systems and relay findings to customers

Clearly document call information and encounters in call logs while maintaining compliance and quality standards

Requirements

2 years of Customer Service experience and a minimum of

1 year of Call Center experience

High School Diploma/GED required; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Data entry, listening, verbal, and written communication experience; must connect via Ethernet cord and have sufficient internet

6 months of Utilities Company or Health and Public Service (H&PS) experience

Pay Details $19.00 to $20.30 per hour
