WHAT YOU’LL DO: Architect AI-Powered Demand Generation Systems
Design and implement signal-based automation workflows using Clay, Claude, and Jasper that identify buying signals beyond traditional intent data (hiring patterns, tech stack changes, regulatory triggers, executive movements)
Build automated enrichment and research systems that surface insights competitors aren't tracking, creating "GTM alpha" through unique signal discovery
Create dynamic segmentation models that adapt based on real-time signals rather than static demographic criteria
Develop AI-augmented lead scoring models that incorporate intelligent signals, not just page views and downloads
Drive Revenue Through Intelligent Automation
Partner with Marketing Operations to implement the automation logic and workflows you design
Use AI to analyze engagement patterns and predict next-best actions for prospects at scale
Build personalized messaging frameworks powered by AI that speak to specific difficulties based on firmographic, behavioral, and signal data
Design experiments to discover new competitive edges—signals and approaches competitors haven't exploited yet
Optimize Paid Media Through AI and Innovation
Partner with paid advertising consultants to develop AI-powered audience insights and targeting strategies for enterprise prospects ($500M+ revenue companies)
Build quiz funnels and interactive conversion experiences optimized through AI testing and personalization
Use AI to analyze paid media performance data and recommend optimization strategies for messaging, creative, and landing pages
Design AI-driven retargeting strategies and nurture handoffs based on paid media engagement signals
Drive Continuous Improvement Through AI Learning Systems
Build feedback loops where AI learns from campaign performance data to optimize future program design
Partner with Marketing Operations on attribution frameworks and performance dashboards
Use AI to analyze multi-touch attribution data across complex B2B journeys (3-9 month sales cycles)
Demonstrate measurable improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue attribution through AI-augmented programs
Work closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to develop use cases and solutions for AI-powered demand generation
Serve as the AI and automation expert within the marketing organization, sharing learnings and best practices
Partner with Revenue Operations on CRM integration, data quality, and pipeline tracking.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Required Experience and Skills:
3+ years of B2B demand generation experience with demonstrated focus on AI and marketing automation
Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms for marketing applications
Proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment and automation platforms, or strong technical ability to learn quickly
Experience building workflow automation logic and system architecture (partnering with ops teams for technical implementation)
Proven track record of using data to discover patterns and build automated marketing responses
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in complex enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months)
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (workflows, lead scoring, segmentation)
Experience partnering with paid advertising agencies or consultants on strategy development
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data insights to optimize marketing programs
Revenue-focused approach that connects all marketing activities to pipeline and closed-won metrics
Excellent collaboration skills for partnering with Marketing Operations, Content, Product Marketing, and external consultants
Preferred Qualifications:
B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial technology marketing experience
Experience marketing to CFOs, finance executives, or technical decision-makers at enterprise organizations
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how marketing systems connect (architectural knowledge, not coding required)
Track record of experimentation and discovering competitive advantages through unique market signals
Comfortable with ambiguity and building new marketing approaches from scratch
Experience moving beyond demographic segmentation to signal-based targeting strategies
