Elastic is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager – US Federal Civilian to create and execute targeted marketing programs that grow and accelerate our Civilian agency business. Programs typically include virtual and live campaigns, executive engagements, third-party federal conferences, account-based marketing initiatives, partner-led activities, and content syndication aligned to mission priorities. You will wake up each morning eager to build, drive, plan, and implement impactful marketing programs targeting Federal Civilian prospects and existing customers, directly contributing to the success of the Civilian sales team’s pipeline goals. This role requires daily interaction with field sales, partner and capture teams, with a strong understanding of Federal Civilian buying behavior, procurement cycles, policy mandates, and how they map to Elastic’s overall go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate across multiple departments while owning and executing programs with precision and accountability. Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned to priority Civilian agencies and bureaus Partner closely with Civilian sales to align marketing to pipeline and whitespace targets Build and activate account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top-tier agencies and subcomponents Plan and execute executive roundtables, agency-focused events, and industry conferences Drive demand creation and qualified lead generation activities to support pipeline acceleration Align campaign timing with federal budget cycles, Continuing Resolutions (CRs), and end-of-year spend patterns Set clear KPIs for all programs and ensure performance is measurable and trackable Operational & Performance Responsibilities
Analyze and report on program performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI Measure program impact across long federal sales cycles Provide updates via weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success Coordinate presentation content and messaging with internal collaborators to support event agendas and thought leadership Contribute ideas and feedback to Civilian-focused content creation Plan Elastic’s participation in external federal industry events and provide strategic input on positioning and engagement Manage program budgets, open POs, and oversee MDF reimbursements What You Bring
Proven experience in regional or field marketing with a focus on US Federal Civilian agencies Strong understanding of federal procurement cycles, policy-driven buying behavior, and partner ecosystems Experience working alongside federal sales teams, capture managers, partners and prime contractor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Monday.com, and similar platforms Strong analytical mindset with ability to tie programs directly to revenue impact Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Experience managing budgets and operational processes with precision Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Highly collaborative mindset with ability to work independently in a distributed environment An ambitious yet humble approach and passion for driving measurable outcomes Ability to travel approximately 25% for agency engagements, conferences, and executive programs Additional Information

Compensation for this role is base salary with ranges listed below. The typical starting salary range for new hires is: $106,900—$169,100 USD (location-based adjustments may apply). These ranges may be modified in the future and are based on factors including education, qualifications, and experience.
