Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our customer success efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and maintain a strong relationship with our brand. As a Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.

Assist customers with account changes, billing inquiries, and product information.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
