️♂️ An Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a leader among our professional Sales Team. As a central part of our team, the AGM at Jersey Strong is responsible for promoting and enrolling members into our new member and upgrade programs.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for sales and prospecting, as well as an enthusiasm for helping people get started with membership and Personal Training. The AGM is a dynamic fitness professional who is comfortable with both selling and prospecting.

To be exceptional, a strong understanding of fitness and sales is a must, as is a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality.

Requirements

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,379.79 per pay period

Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly (paid on the 1st and 15th of each month for the previous pay period)

Incentive Pay Overview Membership Sales Commission (Monthly)

Earn tiered commission on new membership dues sold:

15% for under $500 in new dues (≈25 new members)

Up to 105% for $2,000+ in new dues (≈100 new members)

Commission increases with performance thresholds

Sales Performance Bonus

Earn a $500 bonus when you sell $1,250 or more in new membership dues (≈63 new members) in a calendar month

️ Personal Training Commission

5% commission on all personal training revenue sold (including monthly and paid-in-full programs)

If you sell $750+ in new dues (≈38 new members), your commission on personal training doubles to 10%

Club Manager Bonus As a manager, you're eligible for a monthly manager bonus of up to 10% of all new membership dues sold by the club, based on two conditions:

Personal Sales Requirement: You must personally sell $1,250 or more in new dues that month (≈63 new members)

Club Quota Performance:

100%+ of quota met: You earn the full 10% bonus

Below 70% of quota: You earn 25% of the 10% bonus

Between 70–99% of quota: You earn the corresponding percentage of the 10% (e.g., 85% of the 10% bonus if 85% of the quota is met)
