The Role We are hiring a Nebraska-based Advertising Account Executive to own a defined territory and build long-term advertiser relationships.
This is an active outbound sales role. You will call, email, and follow up with Nebraska businesses, introduce advertising opportunities, close new agreements, and manage renewals issue to issue.
You will work independently within a structured sales process and CRM-driven system.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of Nebraska businesses
Conduct consistent outbound phone and email outreach
Present print and digital advertising solutions
Close new advertising agreements
Renew and grow existing advertiser relationships
Maintain disciplined CRM tracking of pipeline stages, notes, follow-up, and renewals
Work toward defined monthly revenue goals
What Success Looks Like
Steady outbound activity each week
Consistent follow-up and relationship development
Clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline management
Measurable monthly revenue production

Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 base salary
Commission and performance bonuses
Realistic total earnings: $65,000-$75,000+

Full-time, daytime schedule
Occasional in-state travel
