Entry‑Level Insurance Sales Producer in Training / Sales Development Representative
to generate
in‑house
leads for our licensed sales team. This is a developmental sales position for individuals who want to build a long‑term career in insurance sales. You’ll make outbound calls to individuals who do not currently have Allstate insurance, qualify interest, and warm‑transfer qualified prospects to our sales producers. High performers will be promoted into a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer role within the first 90 days. The agency provides training, licensing support, and reimbursement for exam and study materials.
What You’ll Be Doing
Make up to 100 outbound calls per day
Speak with prospects who are not Allstate customers
Ask qualifying questions to identify insurance needs and interest
Warm‑transfer qualified leads to licensed sales producers
Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems
Meet daily call, lead, and transfer goals
Learn insurance fundamentals and sales skills in preparation for licensure
Career Growth & Licensing Support
Clear path to Licensed Sales Producer within 90 days
Agency assistance with Property & Casualty licensing
Licensing materials and exam fees reimbursed
$500 bonus for candidates who obtain their license quickly
Licensed Producers earn base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses
