We are seeking a candidate to fill our Inside Sales Manager position. Candidate will possess renewable industrial sales experience needed to provide management direction and support to our Inside Sales team. This position requires the advanced selling skills required to create, organize, and execute a wide variety of proactive programs to increase company sales. Along with the ability to create a culture of excellence in customer service and the attitude of problem solver to the customer base. Must have a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
This role is an onsite position based at our San Jose Headquarters.
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Manage and lead our Inside Sales team for the achievement of sales goals.
Assume responsibility to create, identify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
Assist Inside Sales Support team with technical questions related to product performance, applications directly or through guidance to available resources.
Provide leadership/direction to Inside Sales Support team in responding to customer needs.
Actively use customer database information to manage assigned accounts and communicate ongoing sales activity to Leadership Team.
Identify new opportunities, provide product/application support and build/develop customer relationships.
Create measurement metrics for Inside Sales Support group based on performance.
Work with other groups inside the company to solve issues and make improvements.
Hold people accountable for their job tasks and responsibilities.
Review and improve inside sales processes and create training program.
Work with our suppliers on programs, issues, and relationships.
Qualify, Onboard and Train Installers to use FranklinWH products.
Qualifications and Experience Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong professional sales, customer service and communication skills
Ability to create an environment of excellence in customer service with a solution-based attitude.
Ability to recognize sales opportunities beyond the customer’s perceived needs or requirements.
Capacity to focus, motive, and lead the Inside Sales team in a disciplined, effective manner to achieve the goals of the company.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and specifications.
Ability to write and communicate effective business correspondence to leadership team, sales team, and customers.
Proficiency in Office 365 required, CRM experience preferred.
Management experience required, and 4 Year College degree preferred.
