Job Summary As a Client Growth Specialist at Allura, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality lead management. This role combines customer engagement, sales conversion, and clinic support, with a strong focus on improving consultation show rates, close rates, and client retention. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are motivated by results, enjoy client interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This position is built on the Outgrow philosophy by Alex Goldfayn, emphasizing proactive outreach, positive communication, and accountability for measurable results. This role is an in-office position working 20 hours a week as a Client Growth Team member.
Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Client Engagement
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for new inbound leads and outbound follow-up, ensuring timely responses and personalized client communication.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, text, and email to nurture interest, schedule consultations, and reduce appointment cancellations/no-shows.
Actively educate clients on treatment options, promotions, and membership opportunities, tailoring recommendations to their goals and needs.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach activity benchmarks (calls, texts, emails) as set by the Client Growth Manager.
Follow a structured, repeatable follow-up cadence to ensure consistency and persistence in lead management.
Utilize positive, client-centered communication frameworks that reinforce trust, confidence, and urgency.
Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Drive higher consultation show and close rates through consistent follow-up and value-based communication.
Effectively cross-sell and upsell treatments, packages, and memberships, reinforcing client loyalty and repeat visits.
Collaborate with providers and practice managers to align messaging, promotions, and client offers to maximize conversion rates.
Maintain an optimistic, encouraging mindset in all client conversations to inspire confidence and enhance outcomes.
Clinic & Team Support
Provide support to the assigned home clinic while also serving as backup support for at least one additional clinic within the platform.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM/EMR system, ensuring documentation of preferences, goals, and next steps.
Partner with the Client Growth Manager to review weekly performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Operational Support & Accountability
Monitor and manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider utilization, filling last-minute cancellations or openings with prospective clients.
Track and report key performance indicators (show rate, close rate, sales conversion, membership enrollments) on a regular basis.
Demonstrate accountability for meeting individual and team goals while maintaining a client-first mindset.
Participate in weekly reviews of performance activity to ensure consistency with the Outgrow model.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in customer service, call center, or sales environment (medspa, beauty, or healthcare field preferred)
Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead follow-up strongly preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, and cosmetic procedures
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with appointment booking software a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant training is a plus
