
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, manage the relationship with existing accounts and net new accounts. Responsible for managing a book of business for existing accounts and growing net new accounts in assigned geography. Serve as the primary interface for all products and services and create demand for the organization's products and services. Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sell new business to existing accounts and convert accounts to a higher level
Identify, develop, and grow net new account business
Create demand for the organization's products and services by working with National & Regional accounts
Build and maintain sales territory of smaller accounts, located in secondary & tertiary markets focusing on sales and customer relationships
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Coordinate sales forecasts with sales management. Create and execute territory sales plan to meet and/or exceed sales forecast
Increase the revenue spend per account

Qualifications (Experience and Education)
Bachelor’s degree, any discipline
3+ years in quota-based sales, demonstrating a background in cold-calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience required.
Sales experience required with documented success. Medical device sales experience a plus
Working knowledge of reimbursement for home respiratory products is a plus
Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
Current/active driver’s license with clean DMV record and evidence of auto insurance, required.
A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Inogen assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $64,000.00 and $73,727.00 annually plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Commission Plan. However, actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education, experience and market location.
