Position Summary Aspect Contracting Inc. is a high-end kitchen, bath, and full home remodeling company serving Annapolis and the surrounding areas. We specialize in detailed custom work and take pride in craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism. We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to manage projects in the field and uphold our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage job site operations from start to finish
Supervise carpenters and laborers to maintain efficiency and quality standards
Perform high-level finish carpentry, framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom millwork
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate daily activities with project management
Schedule and oversee subcontractors to maintain workflow
Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and professional
Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project progress
Complete daily logs and job documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling
2+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
Strong knowledge of kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodel processes
Ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to problem-solve in the field and make sound decisions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
