to lead shop fabrication operations for a respected company in Granbury, TX. This is a

Supervise and lead shop fabrication of HVAC sheet metal systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate workflow and manage daily production schedules Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met Maintain strict quality control procedures Train, mentor, and develop shop personnel Enforce safety regulations and company policies Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman (required) Strong knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication and installation standards Ability to read blueprints and manage production timelines Excellent leadership and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus What's Offered
