Condo Painter & Finishes Carpenter

A staffing agency is seeking a Carpenter for a condo community in Lyndhurst, Ohio. This role requires a candidate with painting experience and preferred facilities maintenance experience. Duties include cleaning and preparing surfaces, applying finishes, performing repairs, and various other responsibilities, all during 1st shift hours from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
