Location Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary $45K–$50K base + commission based on approved CGM orders
Role Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint within existing doctor’s offices, converting more patients into active CGM users, and streamlining referral processes. This is a high-volume sales role, requiring persistence, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make
75–100 outbound calls per day
to engage with doctor’s offices and patients.
Strengthen relationships with doctors' offices where we have existing patients.
Convert more patients from those offices to drive CGM orders.
Streamline referrals so doctors automatically send patients to us.
Schedule and conduct virtual
lunch-and-learns
to educate offices and increase order volume.
Meet and exceed sales quotas through
consistent follow-ups and closing deals .
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of sales or cold-calling experience
(inside sales preferred).
Comfortable making
high-volume cold/warm calls .
Highly motivated by
commission-based earning potential .
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Coachable, energetic, and aggressive
in closing deals.
Prior experience in
B2B or medical sales
is a plus (but not required).
