Our team members stay engaged and driven by the meaningful interactions they have daily. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions Collaborate with other team members Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics Requirements: 1+ years of collections experience Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Fast learner Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.) Computer savvy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comprehensive benefits package with PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, health savings & flex spending accounts, and free onsite health club. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
