Position Title: Remote Leasing Agent (Licensed) Location: Remote (Texas preferred)

Reports To: Broker / Director of Operations
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Position Overview RDE Capital Group is seeking a licensed Remote Leasing Agent to manage leasing activities across a portfolio of offsite multifamily and scattered‑site residential properties. This role is production-driven and responsible for converting leads into signed leases while maintaining strong occupancy and minimizing days on market.
This is a remote position focused strictly on leasing. Operational property management duties (maintenance coordination, inspections, evictions, owner communication) are handled by Portfolio Managers.
This role requires discipline, urgency, strong follow‑up skills, and comfort working in a metric-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Lead Management
Respond to all inbound leads within 15 minutes during business hours
Conduct phone and virtual leasing consultations
Schedule and coordinate property showings
Lease renewals
Property inspections
Pre‑screen applicants
Process applications and approvals
Prepare and execute lease agreements under broker supervision
Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and follow‑ups
Marketing Support
Ensure listings are current across all platforms
Coordinate pricing adjustments and concessions with management
Track listing performance and vacancy trends
Reporting & Accountability
Submit daily leasing activity reports
Participate in daily video huddles and weekly performance meetings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Track KPIs including:
Leads received
Showings scheduled/completed
Applications received
Leases signed
Days on market
Conversion ratios
Success in this role is measured by:
Portfolio occupancy rate
Average days on market
Lead response time
Showing‑to‑application conversion
Application‑to‑lease conversion
Monthly lease volume
This is a performance-based role with clear production expectations.
Qualifications Required
Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
Minimum 2 years leasing or residential real estate experience
Strong phone presence and follow‑up discipline
Comfortable working remotely with daily reporting requirements
Experience with CRM systems and property management software
Organized, self‑directed, and results‑oriented
Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Multifamily leasing experience
High‑volume leasing background
Experience working with scattered‑site or portfolio properties
Familiarity with Texas leasing procedures
Compensation
Base salary (DOE)
Per-lease bonuses
Performance incentives tied to portfolio occupancy and days on market
Details discussed during interview process.
Work Environment Expectations
Fixed working hours during onboarding period (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST)
Daily video check-ins required
CRM activity must be documented
Phone activity is tracked
30/60/90 day performance milestones apply
This is not a flexible-hours role initially. Autonomy is earned through performance.

Compensation Salary Fix: $45,000.00
Bonus Structure Bonuses: 50% of leasing commissions earned by RDE Capital Group. Therefore, if RDE earns $4,000 in leasing commissions, then the agent gets $2,000. But if we earn $2000, then the agent gets $1000.
Work Model This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate will initially work on site at the RDE Capital Group office during the training period. After successful training and onboarding, the role will transition to a work from home arrangement, while maintaining all meeting participation and job responsibilities.
