Give Me The Vin is a high-volume automotive business specializing in pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs. We’re looking for an expierenced title clerkwho can process large volumes of paperwork quickly and accurately while ensuring compliance with DMV regulations across multiple states.
What You’ll Do
Process retail and wholesale out-of-state title work. Verify and resolve title issues with customers, dealers, lenders, and DMV offices. Track title inventory and follow up on pending ELT/physical titles. Ensure accuracy of forms and compliance with DMV laws nationwide. Collaborate with sales, business office, and acquisitions teams. What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive or motorcycle dealership/auction (required). Strong knowledge of multi-state titling regulations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with excellent communication and follow-up skills. Notary certification a plus. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to handle high-volume title work independently.
