DraftWeekly Status Reports and Monthly Executive Reports PrepareRisk Register summaries and budget narrative reports Draftmeeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers Developpublic information materials and website content Preparestatutorily mandated reports under the RFK Redevelopment Act Ensureall deliverables meet formatting and software requirements (MS Office,Adobe Suite) Performdata consistency checks and quality reviews Supportpreparation of presentations for public meetings Ensureall deliverables are user-friendly and compliant with District brandingrequirements Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Communications, Public Administration, English, Journalism, orrelated field 1+years experience in public-sector reporting or infrastructure programdocumentation Demonstratedexperience drafting reports for government agencies Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop) Strongediting, formatting, and document control skills
