Responsibilities
Support the Community Manager by achieving the occupancy and rental goals of the property, maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%, ensuring prospective residents are reached through advertising and further marketing, and responding to phone inquiries and property tours.
Assist in accurate preparation and administration of all leasing activities and rental traffic reports, and assist resident management in the completion of market studies.
Assist the Community Manager with overall operations of the community by promoting positive resident relations, handling resident complaints, and managing rent collections. In the absence and direction of the Community Manager, supervise, motivate, and direct the staff to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.
Maintain the property in a neat, clean, and well‑maintained condition by conducting daily exterior and interior inspections to assure curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety procedures are followed.
Ensure the residential property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction, be available on a 24‑hour emergency basis when scheduled, and plan and participate in community activities and other projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as needed.
Position Requirements Physical & Cognitive:
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
Driving Requirements
Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier.
Driver must have reliable means of transportation.
Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
Qualifications 2 years of customer service or related experience.
Education High School or better.
