Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB)
accounts. No residential doors - just professional, local business owners who need your help.
Consultative Sales:
Act as a local partner to community business owners.
Strategic Prospecting:
Promote Frontier Communications’ fiber internet, cybersecurity & phone solutions
Future-Proofing:
Learn high-income sales skills that stay relevant in an AI-driven world.
Leadership Track:
Enter our Career Development Program (CDP) and move into management.
COMPENSATION & REWARDS
$75,000 - $125,000+ OTE:
Your effort directly dictates your bank account.
Stability + Upside:
Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission.
