We’re growing fast and seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of mobile home parks in the Greater Tampa Area. This is a full‑time salary position with bonuses, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in affordable housing.
Responsibilities
Oversee operations across multiple mobile home parks
Lead and support on‑site managers and maintenance teams
Ensure properties are clean, safe, and profitable
Manage budgets, rent collection, and capital improvements
Work directly with ownership on scaling operations
Qualifications
3+ years in property management (MHP, RV parks, or similar a plus)
Organized, proactive, and strong with people
Able to travel within Central Florida
Familiar with Rent Manager or similar software
Bilingual is a plus
