Current Shifts Available:

Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | $20-$24 per hour at our Rochester office

About the Role:

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast paced environment? We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Rochester team.

You will be the first voice our customers hear and the first impression of our company. From answering calls to scheduling service appointments, you will help create a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location

Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments

Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service

Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions

Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing

Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset

What You Bring:

Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A calm, confident approach to problem-solving

Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus: familiarity with home services like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
