This individual will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth. The position is based in Downtown Chicago and requires five days onsite. Target base compensation is $200K-$300K, with total compensation expected to range between $300K-$500K.Responsibilities* Oversee ongoing monitoring of credit agreements, including covenant compliance, ratio tracking, lender reporting packages, and proactive risk forecasting.* Lead preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, investor reporting materials, and fund performance metrics.* Coordinate closely with third-party fund administrators and external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.* Supervise external tax advisors in the preparation of partnership returns (including Form 1065) and investor K-1 allocations, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.* Develop and maintain detailed financial models covering cash flow projections, distribution waterfalls, leverage analysis, and IRR calculations.* Provide senior leadership with actionable insights on fund performance, liquidity management, and capital planning.* Strengthen internal controls and implement process enhancements to improve reporting efficiency and operational scalability.* Serve as a primary financial liaison to investors, lenders, auditors, and tax providers, managing information flow and ongoing communications.* Prepare materials for board and investment committee meetings and present financial updates as needed.* Mentor junior finance team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high standards of executionQualifications* 12+ years of experience within asset management, private credit, debt funds, or related private investment strategies.* CPA preferredFor more information, please apply here or reach out to sophie.epstein@oliverjames.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
