We are a large volume Toyota dealership selling 700–850 vehicles per month , looking for an experienced, hands on Automotive Sales Manager . This is a highly active leadership role — not a desk only position. Requirements
5+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience Bilingual:
English & Spanish required Strong CRM skills; datadriven decision maker Experience in a
large-volume domestic dealership preferred (will consider import experience if strong work ethics) Outstanding customer follow-up abilities Ability to work
65–70 hours/week
(24–26 days/month) Responsibilities
Lead and coach a high-performing sales team Engage directly with customers on the floor and through CRM Oversee follow-up and customer communication processes Monitor KPIs, activity metrics, and salesperson performance Support salespeople in closing deals and improving productivity Benefits
